ABOUT LURLINE

Lurline Aslanian is one of the most highly trained and experienced mental health professionals in the Sarasota, Florida area. A 1964 graduate of Mount Holyoke College, she received her Master’s Degree from the Columbia University School of Social Work in 1966. In 1975, she earned a Certificate in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy (a four year, full-time program) from the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health in New York City and later received from the Postgraduate Center a Certificate in Supervision of the Therapeutic Process. She was Field Instructor for the New York University School of Social Work and Supervisor in the NYU Psychology Internship program.
